Ticket exchange Tiësto Gelredome

Since both Ticketbox and Ticketonline received several phonecalls concerning the exchange or cancellation of the tickets for the cancelled Tiësto concerts on the 31st of May and the 1st of June, you will hereby find all necessary information on this matter.

First of all, it is very important to double check where you purchased your ticket; it's either TICKETBOX or TICKETONLINE. Once you have established that, nothing will go wrong if you follow the next procedure.

TICKETBOX:

Purchased tickets for the shows of Thursday, May 31st and Friday, June 1st are fully valid for the show on Saturday, June 2nd. So in case you would like to visit the Saturday performance instead of the ones on Thursday or Friday, you don't have to do anything; your places are reserved.

If you decide to not make use of this offer, you can have your money refunded until the 1st of June, through a form that is available for download on www.tiesto.com and www.ticketbox.nl/restitutie.pdf . All requests for a refund entered after June 1st, will not be taken into consideration.

TICKETONLINE:

Purchased tickets for Thursday, May 31st and Friday, June 1st need to be exchanged for a ticket that is valid for Saturday, June 2nd and are not valid for entrance. The ticket holders will be notified in writing by Ticketonline. In this letter Ticketonline will clearly state what has to be done to exchange the tickets for the Thursday and Friday performances into a valid ticket for Saturday, June 2nd.

If you decide not to visit the performance on Saturday, June 2nd , you can also get a full refund through a form that will be sent together with the aforementioned letter from Ticketonline (So pay attention: don't use the Ticketbox form for this, but the form you receive in the mail from Ticketonline.
